Complete one copy of either the "Photo
Placement
Order Form" or the "Mail Order Form" for your entire order, regardless of the
number of items purchased. From this form, you can attach/include multiple
photos, logos, and text messages that will be used in the printing process.

Relax ... the ball is in our court, notification of your order will be sent after one of our staff examines the email/package/attachments. A full color layout of how your Game Ball will be designed is emailed to you for your comments, suggestions, or approval normally within 24 hours of your purchase. |
Email Photo Ball Order Form - Customers who want to email their photo, logo, and text information, please complete the Photo Placement Order Form.
For those individuals who have a actual photo in-hand and would like it printed on a Game Ball, here is a suggestion to speed up the process rather than mailing the actual photo. It is recommended that customers visit their local Wal-Mart or Walgreens Drug Store which offer a low-cost scanning service, that will scan in a customers photo and save the image on a CD. From this stage, the photo on CD can now be emailed using the above Email Order Form.
Mail Photo Ball Order Form - Customers who want to physically mail their photo, logo, and text information, please complete the Mail Order Form. Any photo sent by US Mail will be returned with the photo ball order undamaged.
